The application for end consumers is built with React Native, allowing easy deployment on iOS and Android from a single codebase. The platform enables fast and simple order creation through an intuitive interface, with automatic fare calculation and immediate availability confirmation. It offers real-time tracking of active orders, access to the complete shipment history, and delivery statistics for better control. Additionally, it includes a loyalty program that automatically accumulates bonuses for each order, encouraging recurring use of the service.

Drivers can view all their active orders on a single screen, with integrated navigation that clearly indicates pickup and delivery points. They have immediate access to the partner’s and end customer’s phone numbers, and they are responsible for reporting any changes in the order status, keeping information updated in real time. Drivers also have a fully transparent personal financial overview, with access to their complete order history, details of the money received for dispatch, and earned commissions. Additionally, they have weekly and monthly income summaries, making it easier to track and plan their finances in real time.

The platform is built with Next.js and TypeScript, technology used across the backend, website, business webapp, and driver webapp, ensuring flexibility, consistency, and scalability across the entire solution. We use PostgreSQL for data management and Inngest for workflow orchestration. The entire ecosystem is deployed on Vercel, ensuring high performance and scalability. Additionally, we integrate Telegram as a notification channel for drivers and dispatch, enabling real-time alerts and maintaining a communication history that strengthens transparency and operational control.
